For UK removals and storage our rates are inclusive of our liability cover. This cover provides you the client with protection against loss or damage to your effects whilst they are in our care and control.

This cover is strictly subject to you providing us with a value and we will then provide this cover at no extra charge. For International removals and shipping we provide Marine Liability cover. This cover is based on you completing a valuation form which then enables us to take out cover on your behalf. This Marine Liability cover provides you the client with protection against loss or damage to your effects whilst in our care and control and importantly also against the risks of Marine General Average.

Westcountry Removals provides liability cover to its clients which not only complies with but also exceeds the requirements as laid down by the British Association of Removers. This association (B.A.R.) is the trade association who ensures that all its members provide a quality service and ensures the public are protected. Westcountry Removals are participating and supporting the new B.A.R. Code of Practice which will ensure we maintain the highest standards of service and to protect customers interests.
